About
Dwight Howard Manferdy
A landman's value is not charm. It is the discipline to read every instrument in the chain and the patience to sit at a kitchen table until the terms are understood by both sides.

Practice
This office handles the full arc of a mineral matter: establishing ownership from primary records, negotiating the lease or purchase, closing and recording it, and tracking the obligations it creates. Clients include operating companies, mineral and surface owners, family estates, investment funds, government ministries and land boards.
Both sides of the table are served, on separate matters and never where a conflict exists with an active client. Fieldwork is done in person; the counties and communities where the acreage sits do not respond to form letters.
Jurisdictions
International matters are run alongside vetted local counsel and licensed local agents.
Professional standards
